Acrobatic Arts
5yrs and up
Following the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, students train in tumbling, limbering, flexibility and balance. Students are offered and encouraged to take internationally recognized exams for credits.
Ballet
5yrs and up
Following the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus, ballet is the foundation of dance. Ballet trains proper alignment, posture and balance. Students are encouraged to take the
internationally recognized exams that the RAD offers, through the graded syllabus and these exams may be used for school credits.
Contemporary
7yrs and up
A fusion of ballet, jazz, lyrical and modern, this style is popular for its strong presence in popular commercial dance.
Hip Hop
6yrs and up
High energy street dance style that is popular in commercial videos and entertainment industry.
Jazz
6yrs and up
A fast-paced style that brings high energy to the stage, with a strong focus on technique.
Lyrical
10yrs and up
A combination of Jazz and Ballet techniques, this slower style tells a story.
Stage
8yrs and up
This fun, story telling, character based style uses musical theatre to combine acting, singing and dancing!
Preschool Dance
2.5yrs and up
Exploring movement to age-appropriate music, using props, ballet vocabulary and action-based activities to foster a love for dance!
Tap
5yrs and up
Combines rhythm and musicality, this is where your feet make the music!
Pointe
As Recommended
Students with a strong ballet technical foundation will slowly be introduced to pointe work.
PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique)
8yrs and up
An innovative body conditioning and strength building program that prioritizes muscle memory development through ballet specific exercises. A FIT ball is required by dancers that is knee height, please see your instructor for proper fit. Ballet dress code is in effect, with convertible tights and no footwear. Ballet is a prerequisite and PBT must be taken by dancers in Pointe classes as recommended.
RAD Exams
RAD Exams by the Royal Academy of Dance are a prestigious milestone for aspiring dancers, offering a structured framework to showcase technical proficiency and artistry in classical ballet. These internationally recognized exams validate skills and emphasize disciplined training, preparing dancers for professional opportunities while fostering confidence and artistry.
